Chorizo, Tomato and Beans with Baked Eggs
This is my favourite cooked breakfast… if you want to you can make it in advance the night before up to the stage where you add the eggs. The flavours then infuse and it gets even better. Pop in the fridge overnight and when your guests arrive, simply reheat and put the eggs in to finish the dish off!
