Method

As individual cuts may vary in shape/size, please check that they are cooked and seasoned to your liking, ahead of serving.

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 180C.
Step 2 2 mins Slice the slider buns open on one side but not all the way through to the other side - leave it attached as a flap.
Step 3 5 mins Layer the bottom side of the slider with tartare sauce. Cut each fillet in half and then each half into smaller pieces. Dust each piece in plain flour and lay on a plate ready to cook.
Step 4 10 mins Heat a large frypan with a little olive oil and the butter. Once hot enough, fry each piece of fish turning as needed until cooked through. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Step 5 4 mins Squeeze the lemon juice over the cooked fish. Place a piece of fish into each slider and top with one slice of gherkin and a little dill.
Step 6 Fold the top of the slider bun over and stack all the buns onto a platter to serve.
