Returns & Exchange

Should your Foodkit not arrive on the scheduled day, be missing a “hero” ingredient or you believe that the ingredients you have received are not of a quality you can work with preventing your dish being served.

Subsequent to the conditions being met under ownership below Farro Foodkits will provide a voucher for future use that will outway the expense of the mistake in your order.

Substitution

Farro Foodkit reserves the right to substitute. Should a substitution be required we will ensure it is:

  1. A suitable substitute for the dish
  2. Is of an equal or greater quality & value

We won’t dispatch fresh items with less than 3 days shelf shelf but suggest that seafood is consumed at it’s freshest.

Ownership

Farro Foodkit ownership passes upon delivery to the required address. We strongly recommend that the customer is at home to receive the kit. Though our kits are packed to ensure they arrive in a clean and, where necessary, chilled condition Farro Foodkit does not accept liability for damaged or spoiled goods once receipted by the customer.

Should the order contain wine and either no one is at home or no one over 18 years is available to receive the delivery we may at our discretion remove the wine from delivery and credit the customer the value of the alcohol.

Order Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to goods being shipped, Farro Foodkits will happily refund in full to your credit card.  Once goods have been shipped our Returns and Exchange policy applies.
